Power Index has introduced a new power products directory and news board which can be used to promote your company for Free in 2 ways:
1. Directory Listing
The Directory has 8 main headings Battery, Battery Charger, DC-DC Converter, Power Component, Power Conditioning, Power Supply, Renewable Energy and UPS system, under each of these headings are sub-categories.
To add your company for Free entry simply 'Register' ( click on this link http://www.power-index.com/Add_URL.html ) and complete the form, it should only take a minute (these details are kept confidential). We will send you an email to activate your account, once the account has been activated go to the directory select a category and at the bottom of the page select 'Login', you can then start to add your free entries.
Why list your company for Free on the Power Index Directory?
Having links to your web site from other relevant topical sites can help to increase your position in some search engines. Also potential customers can view your listing under a product category and directly click through to your site.
How many entries can I have?
You may have as many as 10 Free entries but it is limited to one per sub-category. You can edit your entries at any time.

2. Power News Board
This is a Free service for Companies with Free or Premium listings in the Directory. You may add your Company news, press releases and technical articles (current and back issues). All you have to do is complete a registration form which should only take a minute, Power Index will then email you a Username and Password.
You can then go into the News Board, login and add your news, you can go back to the news item and amend it at any time. For the short term if you do not wish to complete a form or have a number of back issue news items, please email them to our Admin Team (admin@power-index.com) and we will add them for you.
Why should I use the Power Index News Board?
Potential customers can view all news items so it could be your next sales lead. We let you incorporate html links into to your news items so that you can link a news item back to your web site to a page or PDF file where it may contain more detailed information. As mentioned above links to your web site form other sites with relevant content can help improve your position in some search engines. Using html you may also include pictures which are hosted on your web server.
You can view basic sample codes to change text colour or inserting images (as demonstrated above) by clicking here or alternatively you can use simple html code to create your news item.
